ANSWER: No. United Parcel Service's online software allows you store twenty-five numbers at a time or import up to one hundred numbers for "delivery verification only". Their system does not inform you of late deliveries or services that were not performed "completely or correctly". For example, only attempting a delivery on a COD package or Call Tag twice. Our system is designed to search for all "late, lost or incomplete" deliveries and obtain the refunds your company is entitled to.
